It combines automatic feeding, slotting, and bending functions, and can handle a wide range of aluminum edge and polymer materials. It is ideal for producing edgeless aluminum letters, super aluminum letters, aluminum-wrapped letters, and sponge strip edge aluminum letters.
Equipped with a roller-type feeding mechanism, a pneumatic rotary milling cutter, and a dual-axis copper roller bending system, the machine ensures stable performance and uniform bending results for high-quality lettering.

1. High-Precision Feeding:
This channel letter bender features a roller-press continuous feeding system with closed-loop feedback, preventing material wear. Feeding accuracy reaches ±0.1 mm for radius >4 mm, and an encoder automatically compensates for slippage to maintain consistent results.
2. Efficient & Stable Slotting:
The machine uses a carbide steel milling cutter for smooth, precise slotting of aluminum. Pneumatic lifting and dual-guide positioning enhance cutting stability, while the swing cutter allows seamless joints and precise electric depth adjustment.
3. High-Quality Bending & Forming:
A dual-axis linked copper roller system supports both large-radius extrusion and small-radius tapping forming. Copper rollers protect painted surfaces, ensuring smooth and attractive letter finishes.
4. Intelligent Operation:
Equipped with a Lechuang four-axis control card and CBS4 system, the interface allows one-click switching between preset material parameters, making operation simple and efficient.
5. Wide Material Compatibility:
Capable of handling flat aluminum, flanged aluminum, aluminum profiles, sponge strips, and polymer materials, with thicknesses from 0.5–1.2 mm to meet diverse signage requirements.
